Lately ini ada jumpa kawan2 lama, mereka cakap saya agak kurus!, errmmm yer ker…rasa macam biasa jer, angka timbangan pun tak de lah terlalu turun mendadak mengatasi status ‘ mak dara’.

Cuma apa yang boleh saya katakan.. yes, ada sedikit perubahan pada badan saya.. paling ketara… saya tidak lagi berada dalam katogeri yang ‘ banyak angin dalam badan’. Agaknya sebelum ini, nampak tembam sikit sebab banyak angin kot.. wallahualam.

This is my 1st destination… chi qong by Sifu Mr.Kho, who has been teached this for more than  50yrs.

Wowwww… amazing, he is so passion and madly inlove with this traditional Chinese  muscle art! he never asked for any single cents!  The best part is, most of the followers age is between 60th and above.  Sifu itself is 83yrs old.

  • Use gram flour with milk to glow.
  • Use rice water to help lighten your skin faster.
  • Apply curd, and walnut powder as a home remedy to get glow in your face naturally at home.
